All funding is subject to approval, underwriting review, and compliance with our lending criteria. Interact Inc reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

4. Application Process

When you submit a funding application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Update information as necessary to maintain accuracy
• Authorize us to verify the information you provide
• Authorize us to obtain credit reports and financial information

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of Interact Inc.

5. SMS & Text Message Terms and Conditions

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Interact Inc at the phone number you provided. You acknowledge and agree that Interact Inc may use an automatic telephone dialing system to send text messages to your mobile number.

SMS consent is entirely optional and is not required to purchase or receive our services.

Costs and Fees

We will not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We will not share your SMS opt-in consent with third-party marketers.

6. User Responsibilities
